Online Program Book

Concert Number Six was held in April 2026 at the First Unitarian Church in Cincinnati, where they hosted Glow Music for two years! It turned out to be a great concert with fantastic performances with passionate audience.

Two world premieres were held: When Will We Meet by Siyuan Kang, and [……] by Jingyu Luo. These composers were selected by Glow Music to write for our ensemble, The Albatross Trio. Their new pieces had their own voices that were newly found through this project. Click the video to listen!

The Trio – Maria José Milano (flute), Nano Beraia (piano), and Joanna Frank (cello) – was the core of this concert. They put hours into putting this huge program together and rehearsing with the composers. Their incredible performance impressed many of our audiences!

MYCincinnati Visit

Visiting MYCincinnati is another important part of this whole project. Our student artists have a chance to visit a different part of Cincinnati and connect with the people, witness what matters in real life, and see how music can make a difference in lives.

Nano, Maria, and Joanna gave a mini class on chamber music to the MYC students! They were passionate about answering all the questions that the adult musicians were asking.
