Receptionist and Usher

You greet the visitors at our reception desks throughout the venue! You can lead visitors to the concert hall before the concert and guard the door during the concert.

Heavy-lifting

You will be our operations worker! A couple of hours before the concert, you will help with setting up the chairs and tables if needed. Right after the concert, you will tear down the chairs, tables, and the stage setups, if needed. Other heavy liftings can be included.

Catering

You can be the cook or baker of our small after-concert refreshments! Cookies, bars, pizza bites, hummus, fruit punch, or anything is welcome. Typically there are 40-50 people.

Promotion

You can be our publicity assistant! You can put up posters and flyers on wherever you go and spread the words out about our concert. We will send the promotional material to your address.
